We understand Quality to be the highest possible satisfaction of our Customers regarding the services we provide. In order to monitor the level of this quality PEAK-Service USA has implemented a new generation of a "Loop Back Quality Management System" called P-Q-M. It is based on expanded DIN EN ISO 9000:2000 rules, split into various levels including a direct online customer feedback system based upon an internet solution, allowing the customer to monitor PEAK“s quality in general as well as accessing their individual feedback criteria we offer to set up for them.
